Managing and accessing current relationships with Army unit and Army organization customers (installations and installation units), and Team Verizon partners and vendors. Supports the EITaaS Next Installation Program. Coordinates with Service Delivery Manager and Service Managers. Integrates with Service Portfolio Management practice, Service Level Management practice, Continual Improvement practice. Develop new IT service requirements for the EITaaS Services Portfolio and EITaaS Services Catalog. Responsible for bringing each new installation onto the EITaaS Program Phase I assessment. Develop new relationships and improve current relationships. The Relationship Management practice is governed by the Relationship Model, Relationship PPSOP and continually improved using Value Stream Mapping techniques. The Relationship Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining these artifacts of the practice.

The TMP is responsible for the Toolset for Integrated Service Management (TISM) database and the personnel required to develop, deploy, and maintain the TISM. The TMP oversees the practice managers and TISM Team for the practices above and ensures the documentation is complete and updated annually or as required.  Advises the service delivery manager, service managers and practice managers on service integration techniques, for ServiceNow and TISM.  The TMP identifies objectives for ITSM processes management and execution.  Supports development and implementation of IT service management practices for all phases of the EITaaS Pilot at all locations.

NCI: As the GEF O&M Systems Administrator II - Fort Bragg you will support the Global Enterprise Fabric (GEF) Operations and Maintenance contract.
