NCI: The mission of the Command, Control, Communication, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) Center, Space and Terrestrial Communications Directorate (S&TCD), Sustaining Base Network Assurance Branch (SBNAB) is to provide soldiers and operational partners with a technological edge through a broadly based, multidisciplinary program of research, exploratory development, analysis, and operations with the critical mass, synergy, and flexibility to satisfy future technological needs. A second major area is to protect information systems and networks and increase resiliency in the face of advanced and persistent cyber warfare capable adversaries which could disrupt, deny, degrade, or destroy information system resources or the information itself and/or interfering with the delivery of essential mission services upon which we depend, and set the stage for more destructive cyber-attacks.
Training Developer - A Training Developer has experience in developing training strategies, determining training methods, and developing training materials for presentation in various media. Must be able to create new training strategies and presentation methods as new media or as new training methodologies become available. Must have experience in creating training plans and materials for large complex IT organizations and missions.
