NCI: As a Cyber Defensive Operator III supporting Joint Force Headquarters Department of Defense Information Network (JFHQ-DODIN/ACEM). The JFHQ-DODIN requires support in the following areas: Defensive Cyberspace Operations (DCO), Endpoint Security, and Information Assurance. Location of work: Fort Meade, MD. You will support the ARCYBER command in providing Systems Engineering Support to technical and programmatic Information Assurance (IA) support for network and information security systems. In assuming this position, you will be a critical contributor to meeting NCI's mission: To deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions and services that enable our customers to rapidly adapt to dynamic environments.

  • Working as a SME, analyzes and evaluates software products and systems.
  • Ensures systems comply with requirements and IA standards.
  • Focuses on system/network cyber warfare attacks, techniques, and procedures.
  • Provides analysis support for design reviews to ensure applicability to the current system and requirements traceability.
  • Produces papers, presentations, recommendations, and findings for the government.
  • Mentors mid-level and junior staff.
  • Expert in Cyber Warfare techniques, methods, and processes.
  • Experience detecting, monitoring, analyzing, and mitigating cyber threats.
  • Familiarity with CJCSM 6510.01B



  • Clearance: TS/SCI
  • Edu/Exp: BA/BA 10+ Years

Desired Certs:

  • CSSP Incident Responder (CEH, CFR, CCNA Cyber Ops, CySA+, GCFA, GCIH, SCYBER, CHFI)
