  • Responsibilities

    NCI: As the Executive Administrator ( Administrative Support Analyst III), you will support the PM Soldier Protection and Individual Equipment program with administrative taskings.   In assuming this position, you will be a critical contributor to meeting NCI's mission: To deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions and services that enable our customers to rapidly adapt to dynamic environments

    Highlights of Responsibilities:

     

    • Provides senior executive level secretarial and administrative travel support, and human resources supporting the PM/PEO and others as necessary
    • Individual's work may also include handling sensitive or confidential information
    • Manage PM/PEO calendar using MS Outlook 
    • Performs in a leadership role in providing administrative and general office support
    • Prepares a variety of documents, such as: correspondence, forms, reports, statistical tables, spreadsheets, etc., using advanced skills and knowledge of word processing software
    • Advises writers and researchers in matters of style, syntax, and usage to improve the general quality and effectiveness of communications
    • May be required to train lower-level administrative support analyst

    Qualifications

    Requirements:

    • High School Diploma  AND >5 Years Experience
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite of Software
    • Proficient with Defense Travel System 

    Preferred Education and Experience:

    • Some knowledge of SharePoint

     

    Physical Requirements:

     

    This position requires the ability to perform the below essential functions:

    • Sitting for long periods
    • Standing for long periods
    • Ambulate throughout an office
    • Ambulate between several buildings
    • Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as required
    • Repeatedly lift and carry weight up to 45 pounds
    • Travel by land or air transportation  5 %
