    NCI is seeking Operations Analyst IV with duties as a Logistics Analyst experienced to support operations within Project Manager (PM) Soldier Clothing and Individual Equipment (SCIE) on PEO Soldier Program, Fort Belvoir, VA; position duty assignment located at Logistic Support Office (LSO) Philadelphia, PA. This is a temporary 90 day Position from day of inprocessing NCIIn assuming this position, you will be a critical contributor to meeting NCI's mission: To deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions and services that enable our customers to rapidly adapt to dynamic environments

    Responsibilities

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

     

    • Performs in a supporting role to the Project Manager (PM) and Deputy Project Manager (DPM) PM Soldier Clothing and Individual Equipment (SCIE). 
    • Provide program logistics services to the PMs in the development and maintenance of managing a portfolio of Soldier clothing and equipment and personal protective items.
    • Provide general logistical support, expertise, and assistance with a slate of particular clothing, nbc, load carriage, and durable items.  
    • Provide support during review of the Limited/No Buy List, assistance to Legacy Review process
    • Assist in setting up, conducting, and following up on action items for the Life Cycle Review meetings.
    • Provide assistance in managing ongoing Supply Request Package Tracker meetings with Defense Logistics Agency-Troop Support.
    • Completion of Limited/No Buy List, assistance to Legacy Review process.
    • Develop and provide updates for the standard “Modernization Plan” format.
    • Continue the process of filling in and updating LSO SOPs to assist with workforce training and turnover.
    • Update Logistics Reference Materials on SharePoint.
    • Assistance in improving/working obsolescence process.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

     

    • Security Clearance: Active Secret
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
    • Good oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, and analytical capabilities.
    • Prior experience with gathering, analyzing, and presenting facts both in oral and written presentations. 
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Other task as required.

     

    • High School AND 20 yrs experience OR
    • Associates AND 16 yrs experience OR
    • Bachelor in non-directly related field AND 15 yrs experience OR
    • Bachelor in directly related field AND 10 yrs experience OR
    • Masters in non-directly related field AND 10 yrs experience OR
    • Masters in directly related field AND 7 yrs experience OR
    • Doctorate AND 5 yrs experience.

     

    PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    •      Experience in logistics/project management and DoD Acquisition is preferred.

          This position requires the ability to perform the below essential functions:

    • Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as required
    • Repeatedly lift and carry weight up to 10 pounds
