NCI: As a Program Planner/Scheduler, you will provide services in support of the United States (U.S.) Army Cyber Command’s (ARCYBER) mission, to direct and conduct integrated Electronic Warfare (EW), Information Operations (IO), and Cyberspace Operations, as authorized or directed, to ensure freedom of action in and through cyberspace and the information environment, and to deny the same to adversaries. Program Planner/Scheduler, supports program manager, task leads, and deputy task leads with developing and maintaining project schedules and integrated master schedules. In assuming this position, you will be a critical contributor to meeting NCI's mission: To deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions and services that enable our customers to rapidly adapt to dynamic environments.
Highlights of Responsibilities:
Program Planner/Scheduler. Supports program manager, task leads, and deputy task leads with developing and maintaining project schedules and integrated master schedules
Organize and direct work, coordinate efforts related to design, develop, and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and report on milestone status for the Defensive CyberSpace Operations
Apply principle of project management developing large complex schedules through interactions with a team
Perform program schedule analysis to include: Metrics, Critical Path, Float, and schedule variances. Utilize Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas
Understand and has facility with enterprise-level scheduling software
Propose processes that will aid Integrated Scheduling and understand the impacts of any changes to deliver full capability to the customer
Supports preparation on Mission Partner Environment assessments prior to each exercise
Participate in the team supporting the Defense Readiness Reporting System readiness reporting for USCYBERCOM as required
