    Responsibilities

    As the VoIP/VoSIP/Cisco Manager, you will be the Subject Matter Expert for any and all operations relating to the following responsibilities.  

    1. Oversees development, implementation and application of operations maintenance and management control procedures for cyber center. Ensures quality standards are applied to all levels of the work and measured for effectiveness as well as articulating contractual performance requirements/standards to the program staff.
    2. Maintains an accurate listing of all site managers, and site leads with contact information and provide it to the COR as changes occur.
    3. The VoIP/VoSIP/Cisco Manage is responsible for full performance of services by employees and assigned subcontractors.
    4. Establishes policies and procedures for performance and control of contract related management functions and the management and supervision of technical support.
    5. Directs/monitors the development and deployment of project standard operating procedures.
    6. Ensures maintenance, supply, operation of Government Communications-Electronic systems and other services are provided as required in support of the project.
    7. Monitors the performance of the enterprise management, DoDIN/DRSN, IT/IA, materials management, mission assurance, field operations and maintenance personnel.
    8. In conjunction with the Director of Operations, serves as liaison between company and Government on this contract, interfacing with Government contracting authorities, using agencies, technical representatives and managers.
    9. Ensure programs compliance with policies and laws in the Host Nation country to include support of the Host Nation employee Works Council.
    10. Directs and monitors financial and technical contractual performance.
    11. Takes action to minimize/correct discrepant conditions.
    12. Oversees Management and submission of CDRL reports as required.
    13. Designates an individual authorized to act in the PM’s absence
    14. Performs other duties and assignments as required.

    Qualifications

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    • Education: BS/BA in Engineering or Computer Science or Science or Business Administration or Mathematics and four years experience; Associates in Arts and 7 years experience; Major Certification (e.g. Microsoft Certified Software Engineer) and 7 years experience; no degree/certification and 11 years-experience.

    • Certifications: Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Voice.

    • Clearance: Current TS (IT-1); DoD 8570.01-M, 1A workforce certification – IAT Level III. 

    • Specialized Experience: 4 years working in a large VoIP environment to include design, installation, and support.  CCNP Voice level experience, to include experience with large VoIP installation using Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Unity Connection, and Cisco Unified Presence.  Knowledge and understanding of Acme Session Border Controllers as well as Cisco InterWorking Gateway (IWG) Configuration.
