As the VoIP/VoSIP/Cisco Manager, you will be the Subject Matter Expert for any and all operations relating to the following responsibilities.
Education: BS/BA in Engineering or Computer Science or Science or Business Administration or Mathematics and four years experience; Associates in Arts and 7 years experience; Major Certification (e.g. Microsoft Certified Software Engineer) and 7 years experience; no degree/certification and 11 years-experience.
Certifications: Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Voice.
Clearance: Current TS (IT-1); DoD 8570.01-M, 1A workforce certification – IAT Level III.
Specialized Experience: 4 years working in a large VoIP environment to include design, installation, and support. CCNP Voice level experience, to include experience with large VoIP installation using Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Unity Connection, and Cisco Unified Presence. Knowledge and understanding of Acme Session Border Controllers as well as Cisco InterWorking Gateway (IWG) Configuration.
