NCI: As the Lead Quality Assurance Technician (Quality Assurance Technician III), you will be responsible for receiving, identifying, and quality-checking all records received from the providers, including all initial, and subsequent ADR documentation. The Lead Quality Assurance Technician ensures the validity of the documentation by performing a thorough quality check on each claim including that all pages are for the correct beneficiary and that pages are legible and complete.
