    • Manage the activities of a staff that shall execute the company's business plan, developing plans and projects, determining needs, investigating and resolving problems, interfacing with other functions and outside personnel, preparing capital and operating requests, and managing staff.
    • Act as a senior resource for a specific discipline or function. 
    • Coordinate efforts with other functions, and direct personnel to achieve objectives. 
    • Directly supervise one or more employees. 
    • Responsible for interviewing, hiring, and training employees. 
    • Responsible for staff planning, assigning, and directing work.
    • Responsible for supporting Customeras well as performing NCI duties and tasks.



    • Active DoD Secret clearance.
    • Education and Experience requirements:
      • Bachelor in non-directly related field AND 15yrs relevant experience OR
      • Bachelor in directly related field AND 10yrs relevant experience OR
      • Masters in non-directly related field AND 10yrs relevant experience OR
      • Masters in directly related field AND 7yrs relevant experience OR 
      • Doctorate AND 5yrs relevant experience.



    • Successful leadership of 100 person + engineering, systems integration, and logistics team providing mission-critical suppor.
    • Proven ability to manage geographically disperse organizations with broad range of experience and skills.
    • Strong written and oral communications skills.
    • Exceptional problem solving skills to resolve organizational, integration, and personnel management issues.
    • Ability to quickly resolve conflict with both Customers and employees.
    • Ability to rapidly adapt to changing environment.s
    • Knowledge of DoD acquisition proces.s



    • Army Common Operating Environment experience desired.
    • Army NETT Warrior Program experience desired.
    • Mobile/Handheld Communications Devices experience desired.
    • Technical degree desired.
    • DAWIA Level III or II Program Management equivalent and/or PMP Certification desired.



         This position requires the ability to perform the below essential functions:

    • Sitting for long periods
    • Standing for long periods
    • Ambulate throughout an office
    • Ambulate between several buildings
