    Responsibilities

    NCI:  As an Operations Manager, you will Report to the TEIS Program Manager (PM) and serve as an alternate/backup point of contact for the TEIS Program in support of the U.S. Army Information Systems Engineering Command (USAISEC) with a particular focus on projects supporting the USAISEC Fort Detrick Engineering Directorate (FDED) and National Capital Region Engineering Directorate (NCRED). The Operations Manager will assist the PM in running a large, multi-IDIQ Program with multiple NCI employees, multiple subcontractors, and multiple program offices. The Operations Manager will be responsible for assisting the PM in all aspects of the program including technical quality, task prioritization, staffing, financial tracking, customer interfacing, and overall program coordination. This position will be located in Sierra Vista, AZ.

     

    Highlights of Responsibilities:

    • Ensure all TEIS Task Order deliverables are met in accordance with contract requirements
    • Ensure all Task Orders are sufficiently staffed
    • Manage day to day operations across all Program task orders with a primary focus on NCRED and FDED projects
    • Ensure Program financial planning is sufficiently forecasted and executed
    • Assist the PM with management of program P&L
    • Interface with multiple Program stakeholders in support of project deliverables
    • Provide and apply technical insight for project engineering as necessary
    • Develop Program presentations and present to company leaders and other VIPs

     

    Qualifications

    •  Requirements:

      • 10-15 years related experience
      • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar
      • Possess operational and technical understanding of Program Management processes.
      • Possess operational and technical understanding of Information Technology
      • Possess operational and technical understanding of IT Lifecycle and Logistics
      • Understand Business Financial Planning, Forecasting, and Reporting
      • Secret Clearance required at start
      • Excellent organizational and customer service skills 

      Preferred Education and Experience:

      • PMP

    This position requires the ability to perform the below essential functions:

    • Sitting for long periods
    • Ambulate throughout an office
    • Ambulate between several buildings
