    Responsibilities

    NCI:  As a Project Manager, you will provide services in support of the U.S. Army Information Systems Engineering Command (USAISEC). You will be responsible for managing project tasks and assigning resources for each, interfacing with other teams, and providing day-to-day management of various projects. You will develop and execute processes and procedures to manage a cohesive integrated team, identify and mitigate risks, review and improve performance against metrics, and provide contract status reports and deliverables. This position is located in Carlisle, PA.

     Highlights of Responsibilities:

    • Oversees the efforts of engineering staff to design, develop, engineer and implement solutions to security requirements
    • Performs requirements gathering and analysis of those requirements
    • Performs functional analysis to identify required tasks and their interrelationships
    • Performs risk analysis that also include risk assessment
    • Responsible for the administrative/operational leadership of a project within the program guidelines set by the Program Manager and customer
    • Assist the Government in synchronizing requirements throughout the life cycle of the project
    • Execute the Project Management Plan and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
    • Accountable for the quality and delivery of all project products, services, and deliverables
    • Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned project and direct task execution
    • Identify any potential changes needed in the project cost, schedule, or performance, and recommend methods for implementing change
    • Develop and submit daily reports and IPRs as required

    Qualifications

     

    •  Requirements:

      • 10-15 years related experience
      • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field for an additional 5 years related experience
      • Possess operational and technical understanding of Program Management processes.
      • Possess operational and technical understanding of Information Technology
      • Possess superior operational and technical understanding of IT Lifecycle and Logistics
      • Understand Business Financial Planning, Forecasting, and Reporting
      • Secret Clearance required at start
      • Excellent organizational and customer service skills
      • Experience in IT Project Management, Budget Management, Resource Management, and IT Services Management

     

     

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

     

    This position requires the ability to perform the below essential functions:

     

    • Ambulate throughout an office
    • Ambulate between several buildings
    • Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as required
