    Responsibilities

    NCI: As a Senior Pricing Analyst, you will be responsible for preparing complex pricing proposals in response to requests for proposals (RFP's) from the Federal Government. The Senior Pricing Analyst participates on proposal teams for new business opportunities and assumes the responsibility for preparing competitive and fully compliant cost/price proposals. This process includes the development of pricing review briefings, cost/price models, cost/price narratives, acquiring cost/pricing approvals, and maintaining pricing related documentation. In assuming this position, you will be a critical contributor to meeting NCI's mission: To deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions and services that enable our customers to rapidly adapt to dynamic environments.
      
     
    Highlights of Responsibilities:
    • Preparing and presenting detailed cost/price briefings for management, including discussion of RFP pricing requirements and evaluation criteria, competitive analysis, pricing strategies, and key financial metrics.
    • Maintaining detailed pricing documentation files to serve as reference for future inquiries or audits.
    • Working closely with Contracts, Purchasing, Legal, Proposal Development, and Operations to ensure the cost/price proposal is professional, compliant, accurate, competitive and profitable.

    Qualifications

    Requirements:  
    • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
    • More than seven years of progressively responsible experience working for a government contractor in a similar role. 
    • Experience pricing all types of contracts, including FFP, T&M, CPFF, CPAF, CPIF, LH, BPA, and IDIQ.
    • Program and proposal financial experience in a government contracting environment is required. 

    Preferred Education and Experience:
    • Familiarity with FAR and Government CAS.
    • Highly proficient in MS Office applications, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Ability to communicate and interact well with all levels of the organization.
    • Ability to work effectively under time critical deadlines and stressful situations.
    • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Ability to work effectively with minimal direct supervision.
    • Strong commitment and ability to work cooperatively in a team environment is critical
    • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Position may require work to be performed outside of typical business hours.
