    Responsibilities

    NCI: With the introduction of Shai, our AI solution that’s automating high-volume, repetitive tasks, NCI Inc. is looking for a AI Lead Generation representative. We’re looking for someone to drive our lead generation program (inside sales) and you will be provided with the tools and the budget. In return, we will look for you to design our lead generation program and deliver actionable, qualified leads to our sales team. The ideal candidate will be creative, data driven, and relentless in their approach. Since this is the first hire of its kind for NCI’s Artificial Intelligence department, you will be the subject matter expert and depended upon as so.

    • Demonstrated ability to stand up and deliver a comprehensive lead generation program across multiple channels (web, email, social, SEM, SEO)
    • Command of the cutting-edge best practices in the world of digital lead generation
    • Demonstrated experience with leading industry tools
    • Engage prospective customers in educating them about Shai, discuss benefits and answer questions they may have
    • Work with Designers to create collateral

    Qualifications

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    • College degree or equivalent work experience in federal contracting work, inside sales, or business development
    • Experience with inside sales
    • Minimum 3 years of industry experience
    • Enthusiastic and professional phone manner while exhibiting a positive attitude with potential clients
    • Strong presentation and communication skills (verbal, written and active listening)
    • An engaging demeanor with abilities to read and shift communication styles to the audience at hand
    • A dynamic “hunter” personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential
    • Solid organizational, problem analysis and follow-up skills
    • High initiative, self-motivated and results-oriented team player
    • Ability to persuade/influence others and a passion for persistence
    • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed sales and activity quotas
    • While this position currently does not require a DoD clearance is may require obtaining one in the future to either a Secret or Top Secret level.
