    NCI:  As A Project Manager  (Tier I), you will oversee Tier I operations support services for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) OneNet program.

    Highlights of Responsibilities:
    • Overseeing the Enterprise Operations Center Services.
    • Overseeing Enterprise Watch including providing situational awareness and serving as the central point of collecting and fusing information from all enterprise services.
    • Managing the OneNet Network Operations Center, which provides continuous monitoring, analysis, restoration, troubleshooting, escalation, coordination, and reporting of operational information concerning the core IT enterprise wide area network infrastructure.



    • 5+ years experience working in IT and an enterprise level WAN.
    • Experience in all phases of the engineering lifecycle including: requirements; architecture; design; implementation; testing; and operations and maintenance.
    • Experience with network monitoring and management using an automated solution.
    • Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining servers and desktops in an enterprise organization.
    • Experience managing technical teams.
    • Must be a US citizen

    Preferred Education and Experience:
    • Thorough knowledge of routers, switches, and firewalls.
    • Ability to assess infrastructure, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions.
    • Ability to provide technical guidance and direction to team members and lower level technicians.
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field desired.
      DoD 8570 certification such as Security+ highly desirable.
    • Knowledge of relevant server-side tools and technologies.
    • Solid customer service and communication skills are critical as well as the ability and willingness to communicate effectively and appropriately in an empathetic and understanding manner. Previous experience supporting DHS highly desirable.
