    NCI: As a Project Manager, you will manage and maintain the Central Document Repository for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) OneNet program. You will oversee the compilation, version control, storage, and management, dissemination of all the associated activities of the OneNet Program including relevant historical documents.
    Highlights of Responsibilities:
    •  Providing SharePoint access to the Tier I, II, and III teams for CR, SR, and ECR real-time updates into the SharePoint. Keep the OneNet Central Document Repository updated.
    • Developing and updating OneNet systems engineering documentation in accordance with CMMI best practices, DHS SELC policy and guidelines.
    • Maintaining current updates of architectural, and engineering documentation of OneNet.
    • Preparing, maintaining, and keeping current and updated configuration management documentation and diagrams of as-built, of new or revised solutions for transition to operational support.
    • Documenting the operational user requirements and the technical system-derived requirements (using the standard approved GFE/CFE tools) in preparation for system design (i.e., document, and manage end user and business owner operational requirements, key performance attributes, and measures of effectiveness for infrastructure systems functionality).
    • Maintaining the target state architecture and build-out plan to a level of granularity that enables trade-off analysis to be performed supporting annual and special program planning and budgeting exercises.
    • Performing sustainment-engineering activities to include: documenting the versioning of all network hardware, software, and services.
    • Supporting the design, development and management of a Share Point site with all the updated OneNet documentation, which shall become the central repository of information to be used by the Contractor and the Government.
    • Maintaining a list of all software, software licenses, maintenance plans and security certificates along with their expiration dates and report on all those that are expiring in the next 30, 60 and 90 days.


    • 7+ years experience managing technical documentation.
    • Must be a US citizen.
    • Must have extensive experience with technical writing.
    Preferred Education and Experience:
    • Experience with MS SharePoint highly desirable.
    • ITIL and CMMI experience is highly desirable.
    • Must be comfortable with MS Office tools.
    • Must have ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with management and peers.
    • Excellent customer interface, coordination, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to demonstrate independent judgment and the flexibility to accurately coordinate multiple projects.
    • Previous experience supporting DHS highly desirable.
