    Responsibilities

    NCI: As the Program Director ( Program Manager V ), you will be responsible for the oversight of the IDIQ requirements as well as the overall operations of the MEDIC contract.  In assuming this position, you will be a critical contributor to meeting NCI AdvanceMed's mission: To provide services to our clients that exceed their expectations and contribute to improved healthcare delivery by identifying and eliminating fraud, waste and abuse.

    Highlights of Responsibilities:
     
    The Program Director shall oversee the coordination of activities to ensure the following:
    • Staffing is appropriate;
    • There are effective lines of communication with internal staff and external stakeholders;
    • Contract requirements are met, including quality, cost control, timeliness, and business relations;
    • An adequate quality assurance program and process are in place and strictly adhered to for all tasks;
    • Monthly cost reports are submitted timely and accurately, including a plan to correct any cost variances or projected rate adjustments
    • Submission of deliverables and ad hoc requests is timely and of high quality; and
    • Cohesive coordination with CMS, Law Enforcement, and other stakeholders and partners are maintained
    Requirements:
    • Ten or more years of professional experience with at least three years in a management capacity, responsible for managing complex systems and work flow.
    • Experience in Medicare Parts C and D is required.
    • A bachelors and a masters degree from an accredited institution. Four additional years of related work experience may be substituted in lieu of the masters degree.
