    NCI: As a Unit Systems Integrator based out of Fort Benning, GA you will coordinate and manage efforts related to planning, programming, and execution of fielding operations. You will provide full-time on-site liaison or advisory services between Project Manager (PM) Soldier Warrior (SWAR) and the military users of PM SWAR equipment or components.     Highlights of Responsibilities:
    • Provide the highest level of technical expertise related to oversight, development and execution of small unit (team, squad, platoon, and company) system integration for systems, subsystems and external systems equipment. This shall include:
      • equipment instruction and training;
      • evaluation of individual and small unit tactical proficiency with system use;
      • formal and informal remedial or reinforcement training to improve proficiency;
      • recommendation of improvements to existing training programs or recommend training program development; and development of training requirements and materials.
    • Responsible for hand off of equipment by providing information, instruction, formal training, and on the job training at an Army installation or materiel fielding hand off site.


    • Possesses knowledge and experience in tactical operations at the small unit in one of the following Branches / Military Occupational Specialties (MOS): Infantry, Armor, Cavalry, Special Forces, Engineer or Field Artillery (exceptions can be made for other Branches or MOS where personnel have a working knowledge of the Project Manager (PM) Soldier Warrior (SWAR) equipment).
    • Active Secret security clearance.
    • Must have Army Basic Instructor Course (ABIC) or comparable training.
    • Able to travel domestically and overseas in support of demonstrations, design reviews, speaking engagements (up to 50%, if needed).
    • Demonstrated experience in delivering oral presentations.
    • Strong working knowledge on Microsoft Office tools to include Word, Excel, Project Outlook, and Power Point.
    • Education and Experience:
      • High School/GED AND > 14years
      • Associates > 12 years
      • Bachelors in non Directly Related Field > 10 years
      • Bachelors in Directly Related Field > 5 years
      • Masters in non Directly Related Field > 5 years
      • Masters in Directly Related Field > 0 years
